Once a top leasing director to the second-largest management company in Orange County, California, Kim is a happy and grateful transplant from Southern California.

Raised in Huntington Beach, California, Kim moved to Gig Harbor, with her husband and 2 sons in 2019. Kim loves assisting building tenants with an array of needs and enjoys interacting with tenants. She also enjoys and excels at implementing new processes and making changes to better provide services to valued clients. While not working, Kim spends time with her family exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, shopping, and taking care of the family pets.
